Mobile Pay

Mobile Pay is a convenient way to use your Citizens Bank of Kansas debit card. It’s fast, convenient and most importantly secure. You can easily link to your CBK debit card to your device’s wallet app that use Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Fitbit Pay or Garmin Pay.

Setting up Mobile Pay

Simply open your device’s wallet app and follow the easy instructions. You’ll be asked to scan your Citizens Bank of Kansas debit card (using your phone’s camera) or manually enter your card number, and add the expiration date and CVV code.

 

How to Use

After your CBK debit card is linked, just look for this  when you go to pay and hold your phone over the point-of-sale terminal to process your payment.

Add your Citizens Bank of Kansas personal or business debit card		Hold your mobile device over a POS terminal		The POS terminal will pick up your card and process your payment

Get Extra Layers of Security by Using Mobile Pay

When you use your smartphone or smartwatch to pay in stores with Mobile Pay, Visa technology replaces your card number with a unique digital identifier called a token. Your CBK debit card number is not stored in your phone or given to the merchant. This means if your phone is lost or stolen or the merchant is compromised, your card information remains safe.
